Candice Swartzentruber possesses extensive experience in operations, project management, and knowledge management across various companies. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for Global Data Operations at Monks, Candice has previously held significant roles at Appficiency Inc. including Director of Knowledge Management, Director of Application Engineering, and Client Director. Additional experience includes serving as the Director of Project Management at Cardinal Path and as a Senior Project Manager at K2 Digital. Candice began as a Lead Project Manager at MacLaren McCann. Academically, Candice holds a Master of Business Administration in Innovation Leadership from the University of Fredericton and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Guelph.
