Elsa Flike

Elsa Flike is a Senior Art Director at Media.Monks since April 2024, with extensive experience in design and art direction. Prior to this role, Elsa worked as a freelance designer since January 2018 and held various positions at Decoded Advertising from June 2018 to May 2024, including Art Director, Designer, and Junior Designer. Notably, Elsa contributed to the rebranding of SunFarmer from October 2016 to January 2018, where responsibilities included designing new logos, websites, and marketing collateral. Elsa also has experience teaching art to children at Howard County Recreation & Parks in summer 2016. Elsa holds a Bachelor's degree in Art Direction from Pratt Institute, earned in 2018.
