Nik Penhale Smith has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Starting in 2004, Nik worked at Tragus Group in various roles until 2011.

In 2011, Nik joined Edinburgh School of English as a Social Programme Organiser, responsible for coordinating activities for international students.

From 2012 to 2013, Nik served as Pension & Development Network Manager at WorldGranny, managing a network of pension professionals and overseeing micro finance projects.

From 2013 to 2016, Nik worked as International Marketing Manager at Effectory International, focusing on B2B marketing and lead generation.

In 2016, Nik joined MediaMonks as Global Marketing Manager, establishing internal processes and launching new offices. Nik later became Global Head of Marketing & PR in 2017, contributing to the company's growth and brand development.

In 2019, Nik joined AnalogFolk as Global Marketing & PR Director, collaborating with renowned brands and driving digital innovation.

In 2020, Nik joined adam & aoki as a Founder, pioneering a movement to enhance the interactions between people and everyday clothing.

Currently, Nik is working at Media.Monks as a Business Director EMEA. Starting in November 2020, Nik held the position of Senior Business Director until January 2023, and is currently serving as the Global Client Lead for Nike.

Nik Penhale Smith attended The University of Edinburgh from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Geography and Anthropology.
