Rafael Fittipaldi

Rafael Fittipaldi is a seasoned professional in innovation and product development, currently serving as Partner and Executive Vice President of Innovation, Products & Solutions Development at Monks, and previously holding roles such as Partner and Global Senior Vice President of Innovation and Senior Vice President, Global Head of Experiential. In addition to professional roles, Rafael participates as a Jury member for The FWA and shares knowledge as a Teacher at MIAMI AD SCHOOL BRASIL. As the Owner of Cricket Brasil, Rafael demonstrates entrepreneurial spirit. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Digital Media from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa, attained between 2015 and 2017, and studies at Istituto Europeo di Design - IED São Paulo from 2011 to 2013.
