Shannon McHugh

Shannon McHugh is an experienced PR professional currently serving as a PR Account Manager at Media Zoo since April 2023. Previously, Shannon held positions at Media Zoo Scotland, first as a Junior Account Manager and then as a PR Account Executive. Prior experience includes working as an Account Executive at O'Doherty Communications, a Performance Production Manager at the University of Galway, and a Social Media Manager for the Diffused Theatre Company. Shannon's early career features roles such as Assistant Fundraising Coordinator for the Baboró International Arts Festival for Children and an English Language Teacher. Educational achievements include a Master of Arts in Theatre Practice and Production from the University of Galway, an NCTJ Diploma in Journalism from Glasgow Clyde College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and Performance with additional studies in English and Italian from the University of Galway.
