Junior Menacho has extensive work experience in marketing and communications. Junior started their career in 2012 as an Account Executive at Havas Media Group, where they were responsible for creative strategies and planning for major accounts. Junior later served as a Community Manager, defining brand personalities and managing communication for various brands.

In 2015, Junior joined adidas as a Social Media Specialist, taking charge of social media communication and implementing innovative content strategies. Junior also led the establishment of the adidaspe Instagram account. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of Brand Communications Senior Specialist, where they played a key role in positioning and communicating adidas' Running, Football, and Training categories in Peru.

Junior briefly worked as a Brand Marketing Manager at The North Face, where they were responsible for marketing and communication strategies, with a focus on e-commerce and digital communication channels. Junior then moved to Mediabrands as the Content Director for Peru & Ecuador, overseeing content strategies for the company.

Currently, Junior holds the position of Head of Social Content Andean Region at Mediabrands Content Studio, where they are responsible for leading social content strategies in the Andean region.

Throughout their career, Junior has demonstrated expertise in various areas such as PR, digital marketing, event management, influencer marketing, and trade marketing. Junior has worked with renowned brands and has been successful in generating brand awareness and differentiation in the market.

Junior Menacho's education history includes various degrees and courses from different institutions. Junior obtained a degree in Communication Empresarial from Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, where they studied from 2006 to 2011. Junior later pursued a Master's degree in Marketing y Dirección Comercial at ESIC Business & Marketing School from 2012 to 2013. In 2020, Junior Menacho completed two courses at Crehana, namely Design Thinking and Product Management - Innovación en Productos Digitales. During the same year, they also completed a Master's degree in E-business at Universidad de San Martín de Porres. In 2021, they enrolled in a course on Customer Loyalty: A Strategic Approach at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, which they completed in 2022. Prior to these higher education experiences, Junior Menacho completed their schooling at Colegio de la Inmaculada from 1995 to 2005.
