Geneviève Renaud

Geneviève Renaud, CRHA, currently serves as Directrice, Talents et culture at Mediaclip since October 2022. Prior to this role, Geneviève held various positions at Logibec from September 2015 to April 2022, including Gestionnaire, développement de logiciels and Gestionnaire de talents, where responsibilities included supporting team members in human relations, facilitating team self-organization, crisis management, and overseeing recruitment processes. Geneviève also worked as Conseillère, culture et talents, managing employee integration, compensation processes, and performance evaluations, and as Recruiter, handling the complete recruitment cycle in Quebec and Canada. Earlier in their career, Geneviève worked at Great-West Life as Conseillère au recrutement, focusing on CV screening and candidate interviews. Geneviève holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from HEC Montréal.
