Flavio Russo

Flavio Russo started their work experience in 2009 as a Co-Founder and Managing Director at Mediacom srl, where they worked until December 2015. In 2014, they became the Vice President of Osservatorio sull'uso dei sistemi ADR, an independent foundation supervised by the Ministry of Justice. In 2016, Flavio joined ASSOCALL - Associazione Nazionale Contact Center Outsourcing as a Board Advisor. Currently, they are the Head of Public Affairs at Mediacom, a role they have been in since November 2019, alongside being the Co-Founder and Advisor with responsibilities for Sales & Operations at the same company.

Flavio Russo obtained their Maturità scientifica degree from Liceo Scientifico Napoli, where they studied from 1996 to 2001. Later, they pursued higher education and completed their Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II, finishing their studies in 2011.
