Belinda Aristy Maldonado

Belinda Aristy Maldonado has over 23 years of experience in human resources. Belinda currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Mediacom Communications since August 2019. Prior to this, they served in various roles at Mediacom Communications, including Senior Director, Director, Senior Manager, Manager, and Supervisor of Human Resources from 2006 to 2019. Before joining Mediacom Communications, Belinda worked as a Manager of Human Resources at American Home Mortgage from 2003 to 2006. Belinda also gained experience as a Human Resources Generalist, Operations Coordinator, and HR Assistant at Bank Hapoalim from 1997 to 2003.

Belinda Aristy Maldonado holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from SUNY New Paltz. Belinda also obtained certifications including the Betsy Magness Leadership Institute (BMLI) from The WICT Network in 2020 and the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in October 2015.
