Danny Williams

Danny Williams has over 20 years of work experience in the field of Information Technology. Danny has held various roles in different companies, including Mediacom Communications, Kaiser Permanente IT, and Sell & Melton, LLP.

At Mediacom Communications, Danny worked as the Vice President of Information Technology Business Solutions. Danny was responsible for managing internal operations teams and external SAAS solutions, providing workforce management for field technical operations, plant maintenance, dispatch teams, and customer care. Danny also served as a liaison for the Information Technology department and provided project management for delivering IT solutions to the staff.

Prior to that, Danny worked as the Sr. Director of Information Technology Business Solutions at Mediacom Communications. In this role, they managed vendor partnerships, contract negotiations, and support escalations. Danny also served as the Sr. Director of Subscriber Email Solutions/IT Services/Database Solutions, where they had ownership of the customer email platform and managed the database operations team.

Before joining Mediacom Communications, Danny worked at Kaiser Permanente IT. Danny held several roles including Sr. Messaging Engineer, where they managed system builds and changes for the corporate SMTP infrastructure and provided expertise for messaging and collaboration systems. Danny was also responsible for migrating user accounts and facilitating system upgrades.

Danny began their career as a Network Administrator at Sell & Melton, LLP, a law firm. Here, they monitored and maintained computer systems, performed desktop and printer configurations, and provided network and user support.
