Phil Skinner

Phil Skinner is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications industry with extensive experience in operations and management. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Operations at Mediacom Communications since May 2011, Skinner has a robust background that includes leadership roles at ASCAP as VP of General Licensing Operations, where oversight of a $110 million revenue budget and customer care for 90,000 clients was maintained. Skinner has held significant positions at Charter Communications, including VP of Operations for the Southern GA Group, where management of operations for over 180,000 subscribers was executed. Prior roles include General Manager positions in various locations, as well as early experience as a reporter. Skinner holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Austin Peay State University.
