Tim Boyatsis is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in help desk management and support operations. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of IT Help Desk at Mediacom Communications since December 2014 and the Founder of Leaders in Help Service Desk Management since 2013, Tim has a proven track record in coordinating networking events and analyzing industry trends. Previous roles include managing IT support for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and overseeing help desk operations for The Valley Hospital, White & Case, and Medco Health. Tim’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Manhattan University.
