Michelle Caston

Michelle Caston has a diverse work experience starting in 2002. Michelle worked as a Research Assistant and Program Assistant at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine from 2002 to 2005. In 2005, they joined Crispin Porter + Bogusky as an Assistant Media Planner and later became a Media Planner. From 2016 to 2017, Michelle worked as a Senior Media Manager at Ashley Furniture Industries. In 2019, they founded Epic Sleepover, offering sleepover experiences, and also worked as an Independent Quality Provider at BabyQuip, providing baby gear rentals. Since 2010, Michelle has been employed at Mediagistic, where they started as a Media Buyer and later became a Senior Media Planner/Buyer and Key Account Media Manager. Michelle currently holds the position of Director of Media Planning and Buying at Mediagistic.

Michelle Caston completed their Bachelor's degree in Communications and Studio Arts from the University of Miami from 2000 to 2004. Michelle then pursued higher education at the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, where they obtained an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from 2007 to 2009.
