Henrik Michaely

Henrik Michaely has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of radiology. Henrik is currently serving as the Geschäftsführender Partner and Ärztlicher Leiter at MVZ Radiologie Karlsruhe since January 2017. Henrik also holds the position of Leiter Schwerpunktzentrum Muskuloskelettale Radiologie at the same company since August 2017. In addition, Henrik is the Geschäftsführer at Centrum-MRT since January 2019.

Henrik has also ventured into entrepreneurship as the Founder and medical advisor at mediaire since February 2018. Prior to this, they served as the Geschäftsführer at MammographieScreening Karlsruhe, a joint screening center for radiological practices/MVZ in Karlsruhe, Bruchsal, Ettlingen, and Pforzheim from November 2016 to the present.

Before their roles in Karlsruhe, Henrik worked at Diagnostische Gemeinschaftspraxis Karlstrasse in Karlsruhe, serving as a Radiologe, Geschäftsführender Partner from April 2014 to December 2016, and as a Radiologe in Anstellung from April 2013 to March 2014.

Henrik's earlier experience includes working at Universitätsmedizin Mannheim as the Vice Chair from July 2012 to February 2013. During their time at Universitätsmedizin Mannheim, they also held the positions of Associate Professor of Radiology, Head of MRI, Section Chief Abdominal and Vascular Imaging from September 2008 to February 2013, and Funktionsoberarzt from April 2007 to September 2008.

Henrik began their career as an Assistenzarzt at Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München from July 2003 to February 2007.

Henrik Michaely completed their education in a chronological order as follows:

From 1997 to 2003, Michaely attended Heidelberg University, where they obtained their Staatsexamen in Medizin.

In 2000, they pursued their Promotions at Heidelberg University in the field of Medizin.

Following this, Michaely gained further academic experience as a Visiting Research Fellow in Radiologie at UCLA from 2004 to 2005.

In 2008, they returned to Heidelberg University and received their Habilitation - Venia Legendi (Privatdozent) in Medizin - Radiologie.

During the period of 2008 to 2010, Michaely pursued an Ausserplanmäßige Professur in Radiologie from Heidelberg University.

In 2011, they broadened their academic horizons as a Visiting Professor in Radiologie at Harvard University until 2012.

Lastly, Michaely embarked on a new educational endeavor by pursuing a Master of Science (MS) in Oncologic Imaging at Università di Pisa, which they are expected to complete between 2020 and 2022.
