Andy Gray

Andy Gray has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Andy started their career in 1989 as a Senior Software Engineer at Vosper Thornycroft Controls and then worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Penny & Giles Data Systems Ltd in 1996. Andy joined NDS Limited in 1997 as a Development Project Manager and later moved to Tandberg Television in 2003 as an Engineering Group Manager. In 2010, they joined Ericsson as a SAP Implementation Manager, and later took on the role of Head of Business Excellence & Operations, where they led global change programs and played an active role in M&A integration projects. From 2018 to 2019, they served as the Head of Business Performance at Ericsson, where they were responsible for preparing Media Solutions ERP for divestiture and supporting legal entity rationalization. In 2019, they joined MediaKind as the Head of IT Business Relationship Management and is currently working as a Business Solution Manager.

Andy Gray obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from the University of Brighton, where they studied from 1987 to 1991. Prior to attending the University of Brighton, they attended Woodbridge School, although the specific dates and degrees obtained from Woodbridge School are unknown.
