Karen Gardner is an experienced professional with a strong background in business operations and customer service. Currently serving as the Channel Business Operations Manager at MediaKind since February 2019, Karen has previously held significant roles including Sales Account Coordinator III at Ericsson, where responsibilities included processing customer purchase orders and collaborating with various departments for efficient operations. Prior to Ericsson, Karen worked as a Customer Service Specialist at LDI, and held office management positions at John W. Wilson Grading and Georgia Utility Contractors Association, Inc., where management of financial operations and scheduling were key duties.
