Kinjal Mehta

Kinjal Mehta has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Kinjal started their career at Ericsson in 2007, where they held various roles. As a Software Engineering Manager, they led a team of six developers and played a crucial role in developing an in-house workflow management system. Kinjal also supported the Services team in securing customer deals and handled customer escalations efficiently, improving customer trust and satisfaction. Kinjal was promoted to Senior Software Engineering Manager, where they continued to contribute to the development of the organization. In 2016, they were promoted to the position of Director of Software Engineering, where they were responsible for the entire product development R&D organization. Kinjal reduced OPEX, redefined the R&D organization to maximize investments, and achieved a significant milestone by transforming to positive P/L for the first time in the company's history. Kinjal also optimized costs and evolved the product architecture to be fully virtualized and scalable for multiple cloud environments. In 2019, they joined MediaKind Global as Head of CMS Product Line.

Kinjal Mehta completed a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California from the year 2000 to 2002.
