Natalia Kopylova

Natalia Kopylova has a comprehensive work experience in the field of sales, particularly in the telecommunications industry. Natalia is currently the Director of Sales for Russia, Balkans, Cyprus, and Mongolia at MediaKind since January 2021.

Prior to that, Natalia worked at ARRIS as the Regional Director of Sales for Russia, Romania, and CIS from September 2013 to April 2020. Natalia'srole included owning sales and strategy for the region, managing key customer relationships, and achieving business targets. Natalia successfully closed deals worth tens of millions of dollars with major telecom providers and managed the delivery of projects involving hardware, software, and services.

Before joining ARRIS, Natalia held the position of Director of Sales for Russia at Motorola Mobility from May 2011 to August 2013. Natalia was responsible for sales and strategy in Russia and the CIS markets, as well as building strong relationships with key customers and partners. Natalia achieved significant deal closures and successful project deliveries, while also developing a network of channel partners.

Throughout their career, Natalia has gained extensive experience in various product areas, including CPE (STBs, WiFi routers, cable modems), IoT hardware and software, mobile devices, GSM networking equipment, DRM, IPTV Middleware, VOD servers, next-gen advertising, TV big data and analytics, and network consulting, outsourcing, and professional services.

Natalia Kopylova completed their Master's degree in General Sales, Merchandising, and Related Marketing Operations from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics from 1993 to 1997. Natalia then went on to pursue further education at California State University - East Bay, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Strategic Marketing between 2001 and 2003.
