Rajesh Dhadiwal has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the media and technology industry. Rajesh is currently the VP and Head of Customer Operations & Service Delivery APAC P&L at MediaKind since December 2019. Prior to joining MediaKind, they worked at Ericsson from 2016 to 2019, where they held multiple positions including Head of Customer Operations - India, Japan & Korea, and Head of Business Unit Media Solutions P&L in India. Before Ericsson, they were the Head of TV Media & VAS Domain at Ericsson from 2011 to 2016 and the Regional Sales Director System Integration and ADM - North America from 2011 to 2014. Rajesh also has experience as a Director and Co-Founder at Adroit Tech Systems, Head of Sales / Partner at Pariksha Labs Private Limited, and Country Manager & Sales Head - Italy at Satyam Computer Services Limited. Rajesh began their career as an Entrepreneur and CEO at RTP, where they successfully built and grew a business in the oil and gas pipeline coatings industry. Rajesh Dhadiwal's education history begins in 1985 when they attended Raj Kumar College and earned their XII (Indian School Certificate) degree. In 1987, they enrolled at Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya and completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics and Telecommunication in 1991. In the same year, Rajesh joined the National Institute of Technology Raipur and studied Electronics and Telecommunication, earning another Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in 1989. Later, in 1992, they attended the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from 1992-1994. Finally, in 2001-2002, Rajesh pursued a PGDM degree in Technology Marketing at the Indian School of Business.
