Rich Dennis

Rich Dennis has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Rich currently works at MediaKind as a Sr. Manager - Analytics and Intelligence, a role they have held since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at MediaKind as a Sr. Manager - Workforce Planning and Analytics from February 2020 to October 2021.

Before joining MediaKind, Rich worked at American Airlines starting in October 2014. During their time there, they held two roles: Sr. Analyst - People (HR) Analytics from March 2018 to February 2020 and Sr. Analyst - Service Recovery Strategy from October 2014 to February 2018. In their service recovery role, Rich provided recommendations to improve customer experience, employee engagement, and the company's bottom line by analyzing customer feedback and operational and financial data. Rich also managed service recovery tools projects and developed systems to turn data into actionable information.

Rich has entrepreneurial experience as well. Rich co-founded ReDesign llc in August 2013, where they produced multifunctional furniture using construction scraps. The venture focused on sustainability and reducing environmental impact. Rich was involved in various aspects of the business, including construction management.

In 2012, Rich started their own enterprise, RICDEN LLC, with a focus on creating environmentally-friendly house plans and furniture. Rich worked as the owner, designer, and builder, utilizing CAD drawings and recycled materials.

Earlier in their career, Rich worked at Magleby Construction from June 2006 to December 2011. Rich held various roles including Project Manager, Site Manager, Business Development Associate, and Designer. Rich gained experience in sales, project management, and customer service within the remodeling industry.

Rich Dennis obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Brigham Young University in 2004. In 2002, they attended the University of Colorado Boulder, where they studied Environmental Design/Architecture. From 2012 to 2014, Rich Dennis pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Consulting at the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
