Tim Lush

Tim Lush has work experience as a Software Development Manager at MediaKind since February 2019. In this role, they are responsible for managing a team of software developers, manual and automated testers, and has extensive experience managing remote teams. Tim also serves as a Scrum Master for a team handling the Contribution Encoder, SRT Solutions, and Professional Receiver. Prior to MediaKind, Tim worked at Ericsson from January 2012 onwards, where they held the positions of Software Development Manager and Principal Software Engineer.

Tim Lush has a strong educational background in the fields of engineering and computer science. Tim completed their Bachelor's Degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering at the University of Brighton from 1995 to 1998. Prior to that, they attended Portsmouth Grammar School from 1988 to 1995, where they achieved their High School diploma. Tim Lush has also obtained additional certifications throughout their career, including the FA Level 1 in Coaching Football from The Football Association in December 2020 and the Leadership Core Curriculum for Line Managers from Ericsson in October 2015. Tim also holds the Ericsson Certified Associate - Linear Broadcast TV certification from Ericsson Broadcast and Media Services.
