Tom Heagy

Tom Heagy has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Tom began their career in 1984 as a Data Processing Manager at Nova Technologies. In 1986, they became the Director of PC Development at ZML Software Systems. At PowerCerv, a software consulting firm, they held the position of Director- Application Architecture from 1993 to 1998. Following that, they joined Cisco Systems as a Software Engineering Manager, where they managed a 75-person software development team and controlled an $8M budget. Since 2012, they have been working as a Project Manager at MediaKind Global, providing ongoing consulting services to Ericsson/MediaKind. Their most recent assignment has been with TELUS on the implementation of MediaFirst in Canada, where they manage budgeting, reporting, and requirements management.
