Vanessa C. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Vanessa began their career in 1991 as a Business Center Supervisor at Shangrila Hotel. Vanessa then worked as a Catering Sales Executive at Grand Hyatt from 1995 to 1997, followed by a role as an Assistant Front Office Manager at Holiday Inn from 1997 to 1998.

In 1998, Vanessa joined AIA Capital, Taiwan as an Executive Assistant to the General Manager, staying with the company until 2000.

From 2004 to 2007, they worked as an Administrator at American Tables and Seatings.

Vanessa's most recent work experience is with MediaKind, starting in 2007. Vanessa initially joined as an SLA Management/Lead for the RMA Help Desk, and later transitioned to a role solely focused on SLA Management. Since April 2020, they have been serving as the Lead for the RMA & Help Desk.
