Wayne Richardson

Wayne Richardson has extensive experience in customer support and technical roles in the media industry. Wayne started their career at Ericsson Television in 2011 as a Technical Support Engineer, handling escalations, investigating customer issues, and collaborating with engineering teams to find solutions. In 2014, they became a Media Processing Support Engineer at Ericsson, where they continued to provide customer guidance and investigate issues related to contribution encoders and DSNG encoders. In 2018, Wayne joined MediaKind Global as a Customer Support Engineer, responding to customer queries and investigating issues with software-based OTT encoders, packagers, hardware-based encoders, MediaKind receivers, and multi-platform head end systems. Wayne was promoted to Senior Customer Support Engineer in January 2019. Wayne has excellent problem-solving skills and expertise in troubleshooting and testing customer issues.

Wayne Richardson attended Solent University from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Sound Engineering (BSc Hons).
