Caitlin Flynn is an accomplished professional in customer success and media platforms, currently serving as Associate Director of Customer Success at Mediaocean since July 2021. Prior to this role, Caitlin held the position of Director of Media Platforms at dentsu international from June 2019 to July 2021. Caitlin's career at Mediaocean began in September 2010, progressing through various roles including Support Manager, Digital Support Team Lead, and Digital and Print Support Specialist. Earlier experience includes serving as an Advertising Sales Associate at Yext, where Caitlin managed over 350 accounts for a pay-per-call advertising model, and as an Advertising and Design Representative for MIZZOU magazine. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Journalism degree in Strategic Communications from the University of Missouri-Columbia, completed in 2009.
