Edward Samson

Edward Samson currently serves as the General Counsel at Mediaocean since January 2020 and as a Flight Instructor at Arrow Aviation LLC since April 2021. Previously, Edward founded and served as the CEO of Basic6, Inc., specializing in IoT infrastructure from May 2011 to January 2020. Edward held the position of Managing Director at Morgan Stanley from November 1999 to March 2011 and worked as an Associate General Counsel at Prudential Securities from January 1990 to November 1999. Edward began a legal career as an Assistant District Attorney at the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office from August 1985 to August 1989. Edward holds a JD from Penn State Law and a BA from UC Santa Barbara, with earlier education at Berkshire School.
