Janine Alcoba

Janine Alcoba has a diverse and extensive work experience. Janine started their career in 1992 at Scudder Investments, where they worked as an Assistant Vice President in Human Resources. In this role, they were responsible for conducting employee workshops and managing the retirement plan program for over 5,000 employees. Janine partnered with Plan Trustees and senior managers to ensure a diverse range of offerings.

After their tenure at Scudder Investments, Janine joined Hersh & Fowler-Cruz, LLP in 2003 as an Office Manager. In this position, they managed various aspects of the law practice, including employee management, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and drafting legal documents.

In 2007, Janine transitioned to Mediaocean, where they held multiple roles. Janine started as an HR Manager and later became the HR Manager for Employee Relations. In 2015, they were promoted to the position of Director of Human Resources. Janine'smost recent role at Mediaocean was as the Vice President of People & Culture for North America.

Throughout their career, Janine has demonstrated their expertise in human resources, employee relations, and office management.

Janine Alcoba attended SUNY New Paltz from 1986 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Business Administration.
