Kristin Solomon

Kristin Solomon began their work experience in 2010 at Goodrich Quality Theaters, Inc. where they worked as a Box office/Concession/Usher until 2013. In 2013, they held the position of Human Resource Representative (Intern) at Dunn Paper. Kristin then worked as the Employer Relations Assistant at Career and Student Employment Services at Western Michigan University from 2013 to 2015. During the same period, they also worked as a Sales Intern at Aflac. In 2015, they served as a Technical Recruiter at Swoon Group. In 2016, they joined Mediaocean as an Optimization Analyst and worked their way up to become Vice President, Data Science & Product, their current role, which they started in 2023.

Kristin Solomon earned their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems and Human Resources Management from Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business. Kristin attended the college from 2011 to 2015.
