Rachael Chance

Rachael Chance is a professional with extensive experience in billing, accounting, and customer service. Currently serving as a Billing Specialist at Mediaocean since June 2021, Rachael focuses on billing and reporting maintenance with an emphasis on continuous process improvement. Previous roles include Accounting and Billing Coordinator at CENTAMAN and Collections Specialist at DePaul University, where Rachael was responsible for managing delinquent accounts and improving retention rates. Rachael has also provided high-quality customer service as a Server at Fat Cat Bar Chicago and worked in various capacities within DePaul University, including Tuition Counselor and Accounting Assistant. Rachael holds two Bachelor of Science degrees from DePaul University, one in Human Resources and another in Business Management, Entrepreneurship.
