Ramsey McGrory is the current Chief Development Officer at Mediaocean. Prior to this, they served as President and CEO of AddThis, where they were responsible for all functions for the VC-backed, mid-stage, B2B start up, including strategy, sales, business development, product, engineering, IT, legal, privacy, finance and marketing. Under their leadership, AddThis acquired data sciences company X-graph to enhance AddThis' strategic value with a suite of data products. Ramsey also executed a rebranding effort, consolidating three brands/companies under AddThis (AddThis, Clearspring, X-graph). In two years, they achieved 100+% revenue growth while increasing headcount 60% and transforming to a data company. Ramsey also launched social engagement tools growth strategy to increase adoption from 12M to 14M websites monthly. In 2013, AddThis was selected as a top 50 company to work for in Washington, DC, and an AlwaysOn top 250 tech company. In January 2016, AddThis was acquired by Oracle.

Prior to joining AddThis, McGrory served as Head of Right Media Exchange & Yahoo! US Data Partnerships at Yahoo!/Right Media. Before that, they were Asst. Vice President at Citigroup Global Markets from 1997 to 1999.

Ramsey Mcgrory has a MS in Management from Georgia Institute of Technology and a BA in Economics from The University of the South.
