Rebecca Hoeffler

Rebecca Hoeffler is an experienced professional in corporate social responsibility and sustainability, currently serving as the Director of Corporate Social Responsibility at Mediaocean since April 2022. In this role, Rebecca oversees a global CSR program focused on employee wellbeing, health equity, and environmental sustainability, while managing a team to enhance employee engagement and social impact initiatives. Previously, Rebecca served as the ESG & Sustainability Manager at Mediaocean, and as a Program Coordinator at Duke University, where important contributions included leading initiatives for carbon neutrality and engaging the community on sustainability issues. Earlier roles included positions at Dartmouth College and Kean University, where Rebecca co-managed sustainability programs and secured significant grant funding. Rebecca holds a B.A. in Environmental Policy from Union College and a Climate Change and Health Certificate from Yale School of Public Health.
