Martina Maffezzini has worked in a variety of roles in the marketing and sales field since 2015. Martina began their career as an Intern at La Triennale di Milano in 2015, followed by a Promotions Intern role at Orchestra Sinfonica LaVerdi in 2016. In the same year, they worked as a Marketing Analyst Intern at the San Francisco Shakespeare Festival, where they launched an NPS survey, created customer profiles, and collaborated with the management team to develop a focus group study and an updated marketing plan. From 2018 to 2020, they held roles as a Sales and Marketing Associate at Stage Entertainment, a Marketing and Sales role at Cultural Assosiation "Teatro Pedonale", a Growth Marketing role at Wovenmedia, a Marketing Analyst role at the American Marketing Association, and a Data Analyst role at Vaco @ Google. Martina is currently working as an Assistant Media Planner at Mediasmith.

Martina Maffezzini obtained a Bachelor degree in Cultural Industries Management from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore between 2012 and 2015. Martina then went on to receive a Master degree in Entertainment Management from the same institution between 2015 and 2017. In 2019 and 2020, they attended the University of California, Berkeley, where they earned a Digital Marketing degree. Currently, Martina is pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA at American National University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Content Marketing: Social Media from LinkedIn in April 2020 and Google Analytics from Google Analytics Academy.
