Damon Katz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently, Damon serves as the Owner/Manager of Pamet Solutions LLC, providing house watch services on the outer and lower Cape since September 2022. In addition, Damon is a mediator with MWI, involved with both the Court Mediation Panel and the Divorce & Family Mediation Panel since January 2019. Prior to these roles, Damon had a distinguished career at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) from 1996 to 2018, holding positions including Chief Division Counsel, Associate Division Counsel, and Special Agent. Damon's early career includes serving as a State Trooper with the Massachusetts State Police from 1992 to 1993. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from Connecticut College.
