Jack Esher Esq.

Jack Esher, Esq. is an experienced mediator and arbitrator, currently serving at MWI since June 2006 and has previously worked for ten years at JAMS, a leading firm in alternative dispute resolution. In addition to their role at MWI, Jack Esher is the Principal of CBInsolvency LLC, a firm specializing in cross-border insolvency mediation and consulting since January 2015. Jack Esher is actively involved in the Community Dispute Settlement Center, Inc. as an Executive Committee Member on the Board of Directors and has been a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute since 1989. Prior experience includes serving as an attorney and mediator/arbitrator at Riley Esher LLP and its successor firms from 1999 to December 2013, as well as at JAMS from 1996 to 2006. Jack Esher holds a J.D. Magna Cum Laude from the University of San Francisco School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Brandeis University.
