Rosemary Macero is an experienced arbitrator, mediator, and legal educator with a diverse background in dispute resolution and law. Currently serving as an Arbitrator and Mediator for the American Arbitration Association since January 2019, Rosemary has also provided mediation services for complex civil cases and family matters at MWI since 2012. In addition to these roles, Rosemary has acted as a Conciliator for the Lowell District Court since 2015, leveraging a robust career as a trial lawyer to assist litigants. Rosemary holds the position of President at Macero Law PC, offering estate planning, mediation, arbitration, and business-related legal services since 2012. As an adjunct professor at Southern New Hampshire University, Wentworth Institute of Technology, and Cambridge College, Rosemary imparts knowledge in Business Law and Technical Communications. Additionally, Rosemary has extensive experience with the Better Business Bureau as an Arbitrator since 2006 and led ADR Solutions Inc. as President from 2013 to 2014. Academic credentials include a JD from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a BA in Political Science and History from Tufts University.
