Constantine Sidorenko

Constantine Sidorenko has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Constantine started their career at SupportYourApp in 2013 as a Customer Support Engineer, where they provided technical support for various applications. Constantine also took on the role of a supervisor for two major clients.

In 2014, Constantine joined Coppertino Inc. and held multiple positions. As an SMM & Support Manager, they implemented support systems and managed a team of 12 people. Constantine also wrote articles and posts for the company's blog and Facebook page. Additionally, they served as a QA Engineer, establishing testing workflows and conducting manual testing for web and iOS applications.

From 2015 to 2016, Constantine worked at Attendify as a Sales Development Representative, responsible for developing new business and conducting meetings and demos. Constantine later transitioned to the role of a Customer Success Manager, managing prospecting statuses and forecasting in Salesforce.

In 2016, Constantine joined Revenue Grid as a Sales Team Lead, focusing on enterprise accounts. Constantine played a key role in hiring and building the sales team, coaching and educating them on new strategies, and establishing outreach and lead generation processes.

In 2019, Constantine became the Head of Sales at PromoRepublic, where they oversaw the sales operations of the company.

From 2020 to 2022, Constantine worked at Influ2 as an Account Executive. Constantine achieved significant success, bringing in $1.3M in ARR within a year. Constantine scaled account-based marketing (ABM) and personalized-based marketing (PBM) tactics, managed clients through the sales and customer success cycle, assisted with strategic decisions, conducted interviews, and helped with hiring activities. Constantine primarily worked with large B2B and enterprise clients, assisting them with building demand generation and conversion strategies.

Currently, Constantine is employed at Mediatool as an Account Executive.

Constantine Sidorenko obtained their Bachelor's degree in Management from the College of Communication in Kyiv, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Constantine then pursued a Master's degree in Management at the Academy of Communication in Kyiv from 2014 to 2016. In December 2014, they also obtained a QA Certificate from DIO-soft.
