Prabha Sankaranarayan has diverse work experience in the fields of mediation, conflict resolution, and non-profit management. Prabha has served as an Expert & Eminent Persons Group at the US Department of State's ASEAN Regional Forum, contributing to the promotion of regional peace and stability. Prabha has also worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Washington & Jefferson College, where they likely taught courses related to their expertise. As the President & CEO of Mediators Beyond Borders International, they have played a crucial role in building local skills for peace and promoting mediation worldwide. In addition, Prabha has served on the Board of Directors of Mediators Beyond Borders International and worked as a Senior Consultant at Meta-Culture. Prabha has extensive experience in the fields of dialogue, conflict resolution, and victim assistance, having worked as a Consultant at the Dialogue & Resolution Center and Center for Victims of Violence and Crime. Prabha has also been a Partner at Snyder & Sankar Associates, specializing in organizational development and mediation. Further, they have been a member of the Keystone Crisis Intervention Team, providing crisis intervention services to crime victims and their communities. Previously, Prabha was the Program Director at KidsVoice, overseeing the development and implementation of legal representation and advocacy for children. Prabha began their career as the Director of Treatment Services at Family Resources, managing a range of clinical services in child abuse prevention and treatment.

Prabha Sankaranarayan pursued their education at Mount Carmel College from 1974 to 1978, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology. Later, they attended the University of Pittsburgh from 1981 to 1983, where they completed their Master's degree (MS) in Child Development.
