Sunita Kumar

Sunita Kumar is the Founder and Principal of Energy Extraction Dispute Resolution Specialists, LLC, a position held since April 2021, and serves as the Executive Director and Board Member at the Mediation and Meeting Center of Charleston. In addition, Sunita Kumar is a US Development Representative for CAMP Mediation and actively participates in Mediators Beyond Borders International through the Bob Creo Fellowship and TRUST Network. Sunita Kumar has been a Volunteer Mediator at both Upstate Mediation Center and Midlands Mediation Center since May 2019. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Duke University, a Certificate in International Business from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, and a Paralegal Certificate from the University of South Carolina, with further studies at Harvard University between 2019 and 2021.
