Carlie Hill has a diverse work experience in marketing and content strategy. Carlie began their career as a Marketing & Executive Assistant at MediaValet, where they assisted the CEO and CTO and supported the Marketing Director. Carlie then moved on to become a Marketing Coordinator, responsible for executing lead generating campaigns and managing social media. Carlie later became a Demand Generation Specialist, developing and executing B2B campaigns that drove sales and revenue. Carlie then assumed the role of Content Marketing Manager, followed by Marketing Manager, where they continued to contribute to lead generation strategies. Carlie then became the Head of Content Marketing, planning and executing a content marketing strategy to build the brand and accelerate the marketing and sales pipeline. Most recently, Carlie served as the Senior Manager of Content Strategy, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels and implementing SEO best practices to attract qualified leads. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Growth Marketing at MediaValet, where they are responsible for driving growth initiatives. Prior to their time at MediaValet, Carlie had interned at Brandspank as a Marketing Intern and later served as an Account Coordinator on a summer contract, managing clients and contributing to marketing campaigns.

Carlie Hill completed their education at various institutions. From 2012 to 2014, they attended the British Columbia Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Marketing Diploma with Distinction, specializing in Marketing Communications. In 2014, Carlie enrolled in the same institute and completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (with Distinction) in 2015. In addition to their formal education, Carlie also earned a Demand/Lead Generation Certificate of Completion from MarketingProfs University, between an unspecified timeframe until 2016. Furthermore, they obtained a certification titled "Hiring an Employee for Managers" from LinkedIn in January 2020.
