Melanie Chadwick

Melanie Chadwick, CSM, A-CSM, currently serves as the Senior Director of Development and A-CSM ScrumMaster at MediaValet, a leader in digital asset management, since June 2025. Prior to this role, Melanie was the Senior Director of Development at Beam from January 2024 to June 2025, and the Senior Director of Development, Digital at Monigle from September 2021 to January 2024. Melanie's experience also includes serving as a ScrumMaster and Operations and Product Project Manager at Monigle Associates from November 2007 to September 2021, along with earlier roles as a Software Engineer at Construction Software Technologies and Northstar Exchange. Melanie earned a degree from Colorado Technical University between 1998 and 2002.
