Belynda Mooney

Belynda Mooney is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in people and culture management. Currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at Medibank since June 2018, Belynda has also held roles as HR Business Partner and Acting Head of People and Culture within the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as People & Culture Manager at IDP Education Ltd and various HR roles at EnergyAustralia, where significant contributions included leading the Diversity & Inclusion strategy that garnered recognition in 2014. Earlier roles include HR Business Partner and HR Coordinator at EnergyAustralia, as well as positions in payroll and international travel consulting. Belynda holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from Deakin University, a Diploma in Life Coaching from Estrada College, and a Certificate IV in Human Resources from Swinburne University of Technology.
