Justin Diomaye Ndiaye

Justin Diomaye NDIAYE is Senegalese and based in Dakar. He obtained a Master's degree in Statistics and Business Intelligence at the Alioune Diop University of Bambey, a certificate in DHIS 2 (District Health for Information System) server administration at the HISP West and Central Africa Academy and a certificate in Geographic Information System at GEOMATICA.

With more than four years of experience in the field of Information and Communication Technologies for Development (ICT4D) and one year as a project manager, Justin has learned to carry out very diverse missions that have allowed him to expand his comfort zone and develop his adaptability. Justin worked at the NGO PATH as a medical data analyst for one year, then joined the NGO ALIMA as a Data Collection Assistant (DHIS2 Health Information System Manager). At ALIMA, he joined IT4LIFE as a specialist in medical data collection and analysis. With IT4LIFE, Justin has successfully completed projects for ALIMA in GUINEA, DR CONGO, NIGERIA and SENEGAL in the implementation of health information system and analysis of EBOLA and COVID data, for the French Embassy in Dakar in the analysis of COVID data of French nationals, for MEDIC in the development of dashboards for the Muso project and for the NGO Solthis in the management of data from capacity building activities.
