Kayla Wandersee

Kayla Wandersee is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within the field. Currently serving as a Senior HR Project Manager at Medica since January 2018, Kayla has advanced through several positions, including Manager and Supervisor of Human Resources. In addition, a commitment to youth development is demonstrated through the role of Assistant Dance Coach at Orono Public Schools. Prior experience includes roles as a Recruiting Coordinator at Prime Therapeutics and a Human Resources Intern at Holmes Murphy & Associates. Kayla began the career as an Operations Processor at Robert Half and gained valuable customer service experience as a Sales Associate at Gap Inc. Kayla holds a degree in Business Management, Psychology, and Human Resources from Drake University, earned between 2013 and 2017.
