Michelle Benny

Michelle Benny is an experienced Benefits Manager at Medica Health Plans since November 2007, responsible for overseeing the employee benefits program, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement, and executive benefits. Michelle has held various roles within the organization, including Supervisor of HR Operations, where oversight of HR Operations staff and administration of employee compensation and benefits occurred. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Benefits Analyst and Senior HRIS Analyst, as well as HR System Administrator at Medica Health Plans and HRIS Analyst at ADC Telecommunications. Michelle began a career in human resources at Allina Health System, gaining experience as a HR Systems Analyst and Compensation Coordinator. Michelle holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
