Patrick Griswold

Patrick Griswold is an experienced talent acquisition professional and hockey coach with a diverse background in recruitment and sports leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Medica since July 2016, Patrick has previously held senior IT recruiting roles at Ameriprise Financial Services and UnitedHealth Group. In addition to their recruitment career, Patrick has a successful coaching history, currently leading the Head Boys Varsity Hockey team at the Academy of Holy Angels since April 2017, and having previously coached at Minnehaha Academy. Patrick holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Augsburg University, completed in 1998.
