Jennie Brown

Jennie Brown, M.A., PHR, CPRP, has extensive experience in human resources and management across various organizations. Currently serving as the HR Manager for Recruiting & Talent Development at Medical Associates Clinic & Health Plans since December 2017, Jennie leads recruitment initiatives for staff, Advanced Practice Providers, and Physicians while fostering relationships with educational institutions. Prior to this role, Jennie was the Center Manager at Shire from December 2006 to December 2017, overseeing a team of 65 and managing HR functions, including recruitment and employee relations. Earlier professional experience includes the position of Health & Safety Director at the American Red Cross, coordinating instructor schedules and generating significant revenue, and the role of Assistant Waterpark Manager at Grand Harbor Resort, where Jennie supervised staff and conducted lifeguarding classes. Jennie holds a Master of Arts in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Northern Iowa.
