Melvin Miller

An experienced Chief Operating Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the healthcare industry for over 15 years, Satish, a.k.a. Melvin, has experience in team building, business development, Healthcare Information Technology (HIT), revenue cycle process training, US. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and Healthcare Management.

Satish (Melvin) joined MBW in late 2010 when it was a small company of around ten people. He has been part of the core team. Along with Vinod, he has helped grow the Company to over 300 employees with multiple locations in Chennai and Bangalore and numerous clients (US medical billing companies & EMR companies). Along with increasing the Company – he has personally grown from a Senior Manager to the Chief Operating Officer & a Director in the Company.

Before joining MBW, he worked with other healthcare outsourcing firms in India, including Visionary RCM, Perot Systems, and Omega Healthcare. He started his RCM career as a caller (the reason for the name Melvin, which has stayed on with our customers) and then transitioned into a trainer and a manager before he moved to MBW.

Satish holds an engineering degree from Bharath University.
