Mr. Karpel counsels MBW on a wide range of legal matters, including, compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), compliance with regulatory rules and laws, and the drafting of service contracts and business associate agreements.

In addition, in private practice, Mr. Karpel represents businesses in litigation matters before state and federal courts, including cases involving breach of contract, partnership disputes, and business torts.
