Dustin J. Martin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in theatre arts and user experience strategy. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor of Theatre Arts at Carroll University since January 2023, Dustin has held various positions at the Medical College of Wisconsin since September 2007, including Innovation and User Experience Strategist, Senior Coordinator for Communications and Planning, and Communication Specialist. As Artistic Director of SummerStage of Delafield since October 2012, Dustin has developed and implemented the artistic vision for multiple productions. With a background as a freelance theatre artist, Dustin has directed over 40 productions and received accolades for the play "33 VARIATIONS." Additionally, Dustin has experience in education, having taught at Lad Lake and Heritage Christian Schools, where responsibilities included curriculum planning and program management. Dustin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Arts and Theatre from Cedarville University.
