James Whitemore has extensive experience in IT support and management, currently serving as the Service Desk Manager at the Medical College of Wisconsin since May 2013. In this role, James is responsible for strategic decision-making, managing customer contracts, and supervising assistant managers while acting as an escalation point for executive leadership.
